Mount Tammany 1000ft elevation hikeOn November 3rd - November 5th we went to camp Allamuchy on a backpacking trip. On this trip however, we didn’t go hiking at Allamuchy. Instead, we used Allamuchy as a base camp where we slept there but we didn’t hike there. We went to Mt. Tammany that was 20 minutes away from Allamuchy for our hike. On this hike we went up Mt. Tammany & saw some stunning views. When we got to the top we saw the best view of the mountains. After we got to the top, we found a place to make & eat lunch. After we ate lunch we headed down the mountain where we crossed a bridge and saw a small waterfall then we went back to Allamuchy. This is what we did on our 1000 foot elevation trip.By PETER FIDUCCIA
