Camp Yawgoog Summer camp July 2025 
We got down Sunday morning, about 11 AM. Due to our camp site not being ready, we chilled and just explored camp. Monday was the first day of classes. We woke about 6:30 every day, which gave us plenty of time to make it to breakfast. We scurried around for the day, meeting our new friends. Dinner was about 6:30. Tuesday was the second class day. More or less a repeat of Monday, however fire wood was a top priority. We would be doing multiple runs a day for multiple fires at night. Wednesday was again more classes, with the first fire which was different. I would say a Mr. Nejumi special. Thursday was just more classes mostly. We also however did a ROPES course, which was quite fun. Friday was more a rest day, catching up on all merit badges. We did some Axe throwing and enjoyed the rest of the day. We also had closing camp fire, with a ton of skits to watch. Saturday we all packed up quite fast, and left camp after an excellent trip. ..By MARK PALERINO
